The goldfish bubble shower curtain is a fine shower curtain. I'm not saying I thought it was clear rather than opaque from the picture, because that would be embarrassing, but in case anyone else might think so, let me set you straight. It's opaque. I mean, not totally. You can tell someone's actually in the shower, but not who. I suppose the shower running would give you a clue, too.

One other fun fact about the goldfish shower curtain: there are only two unique goldfish pictures used for the entire shower curtain. Did the manufacturer have to pay expensive royalties for those photos?

Ex-Cell Home Fashions Best Quality Extra Long Vinyl Shower Curtain Liner

A good shower curtain liner for a regular sized bathtub; and a great one if you need a shower liner that's longer than the standard length (78" as opposed to 71-72"). I think this length is the one often used in shower stalls, but this liner is definitely the correct width for a regular-sized bathtub (as opposed to a much narrower shower stall).

There are no magnets on the bottom, but both sides do have suction cups. It seems to be a medium-weight liner; I haven't needed to use the suction cups because the weight of the liner keeps it in place while I'm in the shower. It did give off that vinyl smell when we opened it, but the smell went away pretty fast.

I recommend this liner and would have no issues buying this same one again, once it needs replacing. Buying it on Amazon makes much more sense than driving all over town hoping the next store I try has the elusive 78" length shower liner.

This is the best shower liner i have ever purchased, it is a very durable liner that is not thin like most liners. When they said that it was a heavy weight liner like the ones in most hotels...they were telling the truth, but it's not too heavy for your shower rod. And as far as soap scum gathering around the bottom of the liner, i have yet to see it happen which gives this liner a A+ in my book.

I have to admit that when I saw this in the store I was a little skeptical as I had never seen this type of product before. However, I bought two since it looked good--and I kept my reciept just in case! SMILE

My fears were unfounded. This shower curtain liner lived up to its promise. After several months of use in two bathrooms, neither shower curtain liner has mildewed in the slightest. It is made of heavyweight vinyl and it can even double as a shower curtain if you're on a budget.

It's appearance is neat and clean and it requires little care. It has rust proof metal grommets and it does a great job of keeping the water in the shower rather than outside on the floor of your bathroom!

Maytex Mesh Pockets PEVA Shower Curtain

I ordered two of the frosty shower curtains and one arrived with a hole in it, so I caution anyone who buys it to examine it carefully before hanging. I have used the clear shower curtain with mesh pockets before, and found that the clear plastic was much thicker than the frosty curtain, although two of them developed holes after a few months use with very little in the pockets. The plastic material of the frosty curtain is very thin, so I'm not sure how it will hold up. I kept one frosty curtain and I'll report back on how long it lasts before a hole develops, if any. I think I'll be ordering the clear one next time, as the material is thicker and stronger. I love the mesh pockets, but I just wish the plastic would last a little longer.

I didn't think I could get excited about a shower curtain, however this is a great product. It is huge (I needed extra length). It solved my water spillage issues, it lets an abundance of light in, whilst maintaining privacy. It is very high quality, and it has stayed bright white for the last year without washing. No Mildew Shower Curtain Liner - Clear

The curtain I purchased was slightly less thick than the previous mildew resistant curtain that I had purchased. I did not, however , find that to be a problem in over-all quality. The curtain did have an additional interesting feature. There were four sets of suctuion holes at the top and bottom of each end of the curtain, which could be attached to keep the shower water inside the tub. Great for shower dancers that spray throughout the bathroom.

This shower curtain is very pretty, good quality, and priced well.

The background is white with a very pleasing parchment effect that makes the curtain look even heavier than it is. Although the vinyl is smooth, even up close you would swear that if you touched it, it would feel textured. The best thing about it is that it ties in with almost any pink, coral, blue, green or lavender since it has such a nice color scheme.

The vinyl is sturdy and has never pulled apart at he grommets, even after several years of use.

I like this curtain so much that every few years when I need to replace it, I end up buying the same one! (The curtains have never worn out, but I have never really mastered the art of keeping a shower curtain clean, so I replace it every 5 years or so when it gets icky at the bottom).

I see there are several styles in this shower curtain line, and I may branch out beyond this one pattern next time around. The dragonfly pattern looks especially pretty....

Why hasn't this been around forever? No more shelves stuck to your walls, no more tension rods, no more bottles sitting on the tub, no more panic when you realize you need to replace your razor blade but you have to scramble wet across the bathroom to go searching for a new one. Paris, France Shower Curtain

Arrived on time and good quality curtain. The only negative is that the picture shows it as brown, sepia, when in reality the shower curtain is black and white. After I ordered the shower curtain, I went out and bought dark brown bath rugs to match it, and now I have brown and black bathroom (ew). The picture needs to be re-taken so the color is accurate.

Maytex Zen Garden PEVA Shower Curtain

I like the design, especially because the colors are muted and not super bright, and the curtain itself is light and flexible (and environmentally friendly! or so it says on the package). The only problem I had was that some of the holes at the top were not punched very well - plastic circles still fill in the holes when you get it, and most of them easily popped out but I ripped one by accident and cut the rest of the difficult ones with scissors. It was a bit more transparent than expected, probably not so much that you would need a liner, but I used one anyway. I am satisfied and happy with this purchase.

The service was very good and quick. The item is just as it appears on the picture which is always really helpfull, but unfortunately, the item itself is not of the greatest quality.

The bottom end of the curtain has no weight and it hardly stays in place. It should be either reinforced or have manets. But otherwise, it's a beautiful shower curtain and I did receive what i ordered and paid what it is worth.

Maytex No More Mildew Shower Curtain Liner

I never thought I would be writing a review about a shower liner but this one deserves much credit. I had a flimsy shower liner I picked up from the bulls eye major store for over $10. That shower liner was so thin that when you turned on the water it flew into you and you could not get it to stay away (the thin liner). It (old shower liner) had the suction cups even but if it is too light it does not matter, it is going to blow all around. I was on the search for a clear one that would actually stay in place. I ordered the clear one a few months back and immediately upon receiving it noticed the weight of the liner. It is heavy but not too heavy. Heavy enough to stay in place! I noticed it did not have the suction cups at the bottom and usually prefer those. However in this case the liner is heavy enough the suction cups are not needed. The liner stays in place the whole time! After buying it at regular price I noticed it was a lightening deal special a few weeks later and picked another one up when it is time to change it. It does hold true to its word, no mildew! Mine has a little soap built up on it but I still use bar soap. I rinse it with a detachable shower head when done showering but there is still some soap scum on it but not too bad. Having the detachable shower head I have cleaned it with shower cleaner by spraying cleanser on it and them coming back over with the detachable shower head. It removes some of the soap scum but not all. I think it is the bar soap I am using, you might not encounter this problem. I have bought clear shower liners for years and have to say this is the best one. I am glad I have a back up even though I don't anticipate having to replace the one I am using right now. For the same price you can go to a local well known store and get a liner that is really flimsy or spend the same amount for a well constructed and heavy weight one that actually works! Buying two of these I will never buy another cheap brand again. This is the brand for me.

Revised September 3, 2012: Added March 2nd, 2012: I wanted to add I bought this shower liner September 14, 2009 and wrote my review shortly after. As of today, the liner has lasted me since then. It has not mildewed at all. I have tried to wash it in my washer, but it does not remove all soap scum, again it is the soap I use. I do not have hard water either. I did want to say I bought a replacement because I did not think it would last long. Tonight I removed the liner I bought in September of 2009 and am placing a new one up. It is the same liner. I noticed a lot of people left comments about washing the liner, which I will admit I did myself but it left it so wrinkled coming out of the washer. I also read people dried their liner in the comment section, the company states not to dry it. Here is what the back reads, I wrote it exactly as it was on the label, any capitalization is per the company and not me: "Care instructions for maintenance: Wipe clean with sponge or cloth with a warm soapy mixture, anti bacterial soap, to remove oil, soap, and residue. DO NOT IRON OR PUT IN DRYER

Warranty: This product is guaranteed against all defects, including failure to protect against mildew for 15 months, provided proper care instructions are followed."

I know people suggest washing, I did so myself. I have since received several comments about drying it and one person was nice enough to suggest placing it in the dryer on no heat with a wet towel. I think that is a great idea. I do want to add that it lasted well beyond the warranty. September 2009 until March of 2012, that is not bad to me. This is still the only liner I will buy.

InterDesign EVA Shower Liner

Update: I've now had this shower curtain for 4 months, and it is still going strong. It is nearly spotless, and has not gotten any mold/mildew. I treat it often after I shower (w/the solution described below, just spraying it on lightly and leaving it on). Highly recommended!

I've had this shower curtain up for about a month or two. I care for it by rinsing it off periodically when I'm in the shower, and spraying it with a homemade shower cleaner (water, vinegar, isopropyl rubbing alcohol, dish soap, and essential oils). It has stayed clean (not too many hard water/soap stains/accumulations), and it is not moldy or mildewy at all. The liner has not ripped at all, either, and seems to be a little tougher than other liners. I'm very satisfied.

I looked everywhere for a "baby blue" shower curtain liner to put behind a white lace shower curtain to create the look I wanted for my bathroom. I couldn't find them anywhere. Although the picture shows a very dark blue this shower liner is indeed a LIGHT BLUE. It is a nice weight, has metal reinforced holes and weights on the bottom. If you are looking for a light blue vinyl liner you'll be very happy with this one. The one I purchased was from The Curtain Shop and Fulfilled by Amazon and I was very satisfied with them.

I never thought I'd bother to write a review for a shower curtain, of all things, but I love this one! I was looking for a largely clear shower curtain, since my bathroom has no windows and I wanted more light to get through into the shower. I was a little skeptical, as it seemed expensive for a shower curtain, but as someone trying to live more sustainably, I was interested in something environmentally friendly. This is environmentally friendly both in terms of the larger earth and in terms of the environment of your bathroom. There's some good evidence that vinyl shower curtains release chemicals into the air that can be particularly dangerous for pets and children (new vinyl shower curtains smell the way they do for a reason -- a smell this curtain lacked entirely); these chemicals often end up subsequently leaching into the soil a vinyl shower curtain is disposed. So this seemed a great alternative. What I didn't expect was just how beautiful this shower curtain would be. It's very simple, in fact -- clear and frosted circles of different sizes on a clear background -- but some of the circles have a prismatic effect, so when you're in the shower, the light coming through has a subtle sparkling, rainbow effect. It's quite lovely. When I need a new shower curtain in the future, I'll come back for another one of these.

InterDesign Long Shower Curtain Liner, Clear 72" by 84"

My husband is very tall so we placed our shower rod high AND we chose to use a curved shower rod in our newly remodeled bathroom--both choices caused our regular shower curtain liner to be too short and nearly come out of the tub--not good when its purpose is to keep the water in the shower and not spilling or splashing outside the tub. I was thrilled to find this extra long shower curtain, that it was clear but not expensive. We have been using it for over a month now and we are very pleased. Funny thing though it was too long and I had a trim a few inches off the bottom of it which made us lose the magnets at the bottom but since it is long enough the loss of magnets are not a problem. We are thankful to have found this useful item. :-)
